provided by Pet Life Guards. You should periodically review the most up-to-date
version (Messages). Pet Life Guards may modify or revise
these Terms of Use and Service at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications
or revisions. If you do not accept by this Agreement, you may not use the Pet Life
Guards service.
- Pet Life Guards makes no written or implied guarantees as to the health of pets
that are listed under the pet rescue directories. It is the adoptee’s responsibility
to have the pet’s health exam by a licensed and qualified veterinarian. Please remember
that pets may be turned into pet rescue organizations because they may have health
issues and/or behavioral problems. Please use your common sense when adopting a
pet from a pet rescue organization.
- Pet Rescue Organizations usually charge a fee for adopting a pet. This is used to
help cover the care of the fostered pet. You should expect to pay these adoption
fees from a reputable Rescue Organization.
- Pet Life Guards is a free directory service for pet rescue organizations and rescue
owners. We reserve the right to remove your listing and suspend or terminate your
account for any reason.
- Please report any abuse of the listing directory to
abuse@petlifeguards.com.
Be sure to provide the pet rescue organization’s name, address, and state. Any other
information you can provide in the e-mail as to the abusive listing will be appreciated.
